TSW Vets Share How They Got Their Life Back

No New Posts Encouragement from Veterans

Need a lift for your weary journey? Read what the vets have experienced. Because of the nature of tsw having calm periods up to several months, please consider that some members may post their improved condition or total healing but then have another cycle of symptoms. It's wise to wait at least 6 months after major improvements to make a post here, thanks!

Sometimes the TSW road keeps us longer than we ever planned to stay and takes us down roads we never anticipated. If you have been in withdrawal for 18 month or longer, vent your feelings here, compare, share and encourage others while waiting for the healing day.

No New Posts TSA/TSW Skin Documents

Studies have been done with terms recognized as medical conditions such as "Steroid Dermatitis Resembling Rosacea" or "Steroid Induced Eczema." We need to use the terms they acknowledge to fight this battle. Add a medical or educational based document here pertaining to topical steroid side-effects on the skin. Please do not share blogs, personal websites or information that you cannot cite as a reputable study. Moderators reserve the right to remove anything not considered a reliable source.

No New Posts American FDA MedWatch Drug Reporting Link

The best way to get the attention of medical authorities about the growing problem of topical steroid abuse is to report it. This link takes you to the FDA complaint site where you can fill out the necessary forms about the adverse effects of steroids you've experienced. The term doctors do understand is "steroid induced eczema or dermatitis" and or steroid allergy so be sure to include this in your complaint as well.
